Oscar Stanish

Oscar is a strategic urban designer with a background in architecture. He has a comprehensive understanding of the NSW planning process having worked across a broad range of sectors and development typologies and in multi-disciplinary project teams.

With expertise tailored in high level design advice and working with complex spatial and planning constraints Oscar has experience in the development of site specific controls, master planning and design development, independent design reviews and advice (including detailed SEPP65 advice and Land and Environment Court matters) and visual impact assessments.

Oscar has held leading roles on complex projects for both public and private sector clients including residential, educational, retail and employment-led master plans and urban renewal projects encompassing urban centres, historic places, significant urban extensions and greenfield sites.
