First residents move into Wynyard Central Pavilions
As part of Wynyard Quarter’s urban regeneration, residents have begun to move in to the first of 500 homes to be delivered by developers Willis Bond & Co.
Designed by Architectus, the Wynyard Central Pavilions overlook Daldy Street Linear Park, one of our public realm projects completed in 2014 and winner of multiple NZILA awards.
The pavilions will be complemented by a row of mews houses and a thirteen storey apartment building, due for completion next year. Wynyard Central has been designed to target a 7 Homestar rating.
