Céili Murphy joined Architectus as Interior Architecture Sector Lead in 2022. Céili is an award-winning Design Lead with over 15 years of experience in a variety of roles, most recently as a design director and team lead at a large multidisciplinary practice. Her projects span a range of sectors including, workplace strategy, education, residential and multi-site delivery projects in both Aotearoa and internationally.
Her background studying Fine Arts and starting her career as an Art Director in the Advertising industry for multinational award-winning agencies, informs her approach. Céili has a wonderful ability to collaborate with clients and other agencies, to bring together multifaceted and cohesive designs.
Céili is passionate about people, sustainability and a design’s ability to positively influence wellbeing. She thrives on complex projects with multiple stakeholder engagement, social and cultural considerations. Céili’s designs offer rich storytelling and put the end-user first.
