Jane is a Principal and Registered Architect with over 25 years’ industry experience. She has a broad range of experience in the commercial, education, public, and residential sectors in New Zealand as well as in the United Kingdom where she spent ten years working on a number of high profile commercial and mixed-use developments.

Jane oversees the strategy and delivery of Architectus projects and has a wealth of experience in the delivery of education, public and multi-unit residential developments. She has proven ability in the management of project teams, working closely with consultants and contractors while maintaining a strong client focus. She has worked in all stages of the design, development and delivery of projects and has expertise administering projects on site.

Jane was instrumental in the setting up of the Architecture + Women New Zealand group in Christchurch and played a key role in the RE-THINK Exhibition in 2013. She is also an industry advisor and visiting critic to the Ara Architectural Studies Programme. She has been a visiting jury member and convenor for the Te Kāhui Whaihang NZ Institute of Architects Local Branch Awards Programme, and was a founding member of the Open Christchurch Building Council for Te Pūtahi Christchurch. She was appointed to the NZ Registered Architects Board assessors panel in 2019 and became a Fellow of Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects in 2021.
