Sophie believes all architecture has social responsibility. How public spaces are framed and integrated within architecture, and how they are used and valued, has been a focus of her career.
An open and egalitarian communicator Sophie has provided design and project leadership across community, civic and public projects, with a dedication to fostering human connections through architecture and exploring the ways buildings can engage with communities and capture the local imagination.
With project strategy as a key strength, Sophie provides clear processes and strong leadership that underpins a high level of team commitment; she believes that collaboration and involvement across the whole project team leads to the most innovative and resolved buildings and spaces.
Sophie leads from inception through to completion and has delivered award-wining projects for many high profile public, cultural and community projects in Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia, Queensland and ACT.
