Zemien joined Architectus in 2022 as a Senior Associate. Zemien has over 16 years’ professional experience working on an extensive array of projects in New Zealand, the United Kingdom and internationally.

Most notably, Zemien was a Project Director responsible for Bracken House, Financial Times Headquarters, a refurbishment of a Grade II* Listed, technically complex heritage building by Sir Michael Hopkins; the delivery of Neo Bankside, a mixed-use residential development by the late Sir Richard Rogers; the design of Cannon Green, a mixed-use office scheme in the City of London; and BankMed Headquarters, a high-rise office in Beirut, Lebanon.
