Architectus projects recognised at 2021 NZIA Local Awards
We are honoured to have five of our projects recognised in this year’s Te Kāhui Whaihanga New Zealand Institute of Architects Auckland and Canterbury branch awards.
The Canterbury awards were held at the Christchurch Town Hall on 19 May. Architectus received an award in the Education category for The University of Canterbury Student Association building, Haere-roa, and an award in the Housing – Multi Unit category for the Bedford Apartments & Terraces, part of the One Central Precinct and wider Master Plan for the East Frame.
Held at the ASB Theatre on 26 May, the Auckland branch awards recognised three of our projects. First Avenue on Waiheke Island received an award in the Housing category, Long Bay Village Centre received an award for Planning & Urban Design and Te Kupenga at 155 Fanshawe Street received an award for Commercial Architecture.
