Originally from France, Manuel worked in Strasbourg before emigrating to New Zealand and joining Architectus in 2005. He was appointed Associate in 2016 and Senior Associate in 2021. With more than 20 years’ experience in New Zealand, he has worked across a diverse portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on education, public, infrastructure, aviation and commercial sectors.

Manuel has extensive experience in design development, documentation, consultant coordination and on-site project administration. He has contributed to the delivery of a wide range of large, complex and award-winning projects, including playing a key role in the redevelopment of the University of Auckland’s B302 Science Centre. He is currently involved in the Auckland Airport Redevelopment project.

Manuel has a strong interest in the integration of BIM throughout the project lifecycle, from inception to delivery, including BIM coordination and clash detection. His expertise in this area has been instrumental across the practice, with BIM playing an increasingly important role in project design and delivery.
